Uganda Waragi

Challenge: Our challenge was to reaffirm the brand’s role as a unifier of the people, living up to its nickname, “Uganda’s Gin.”

Insight: We understood that Ugandans are inherently social and often set aside their differences to come together over a drink, celebrating moments of unity and camaraderie.

Solution: We developed a campaign centred on the idea that, despite our differences, we share the same spirit. This campaign mirrored the essence of our gin, which brings people together to share moments, stories, and laughter, reflecting the harmonious spirit of our nation’s people. We aimed to appeal to both the intrinsic and extrinsic values that resonate with our audience.

 

What could have been; we never got round to producing these billboards, but they would have been hella cool to do. The extension of the campaign saw us showcasing the versatility of the gin and how it could be used as a mixer with different drinks
