Challenge:
January is often filled with drama and stress, which doesn’t bode well for our erstwhile customers who need some relief. Our task was to develop a feel-good campaign for KFC that reassured consumers amidst their numerous challenges.

Insight:
We realised that despite the chaos, people could always find comfort in good food. Addressing consumer pain points with a message of reassurance would provide a much-needed escape and solace, making KFC one less thing to worry about in a sea of issues.

Solution:
We created targeted messaging for the campaign, addressing specific pain points relevant to the locations where the holdings were placed. Whether it was the road to/from the airport, the highway, or areas around universities, our campaign offered reassurance that no matter how messed up things looked, you could always find solace in KFC’s food. This strategic approach ensured that our message resonated with consumers in their everyday environments.
